Most of what I do comes down to connecting two companies who can solve each other's problems, and getting out of the way so they can.

Sourcing Hard-to-Find Material

When the usual channels have come up empty, I find the source. Specialty alloys, odd grades, tight specs, short lead times. I know who has it, and I make the connection.

Moving Excess & Obsolete Inventory

If material is tying up your space and your capital, I find the buyer your own team couldn't. Dead stock turned back into cash, without you working the phones.

I am not a broker. And that is the point.

I do not take title. I do not hold inventory. I am never in the middle of your transaction. I make the introduction, you and the other company deal directly on your own terms and your own pricing, and I earn a success-based fee only once a purchase order is placed. You see exactly what you are paying and to whom. No markup buried in a spread, no surprises.

We Agree the Terms

Before I connect anyone, we settle the fee and who pays it. Nothing is open-ended and nothing is a surprise later.

I Make the Connection

I find the right buyer or the right source and introduce the two companies. You deal directly, on your own terms and pricing.

I'm Paid on the PO

I earn my fee only once a purchase order is placed. I do the digging to find the match. Your team does what it does best and closes.

$500 minimum
or 2% of the PO,
whichever is greater.
Agreed up front, paid by the side I am working for, and due only when a purchase order is placed. Straightforward, transparent, and tied to a result, not to my time. If there is no deal, there is no fee.

For years I quietly connected people across this industry, finding material they couldn't track down and moving inventory that was just sitting there, simply because I was good at it and I liked watching two companies solve each other's problems with one call.
